Vishnu R. Unnithan brings to Rotary Cochin Titans a unique blend of entrepreneurial
vision, academic excellence, and a deep commitment to service. Born to Late Rajan
Unnithan, former Area Sales Manager at FACT from the renowned Panangattu Tharavadu, Adoor, and Late Raji Unnithan, a respected teacher who hails from the Pollathu Vakayil family, Thrissur, he was raised with enduring values of integrity, education, and social responsibility.

An accomplished academic, he completed his B.Com in Taxation from NSS College
Pandalam as the College Topper and University Rank Holder, followed by an MBA in
Finance and Marketing from RVS Institute of Management Studies and Research. He later completed his ICWM studies in Dubai and pursued a PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. He is also the co-author of the book
Reconciling with Change: Philosophy of the New Normal, with several research articles
published in international academic journals.

Professionally, Vishnu has built a diverse career spanning corporate leadership, banking, entrepreneurship, media, and legal consulting. After beginning his career with Autoprint and later serving as an Investment Banker with Emirates NBD and RAKBANK in Dubai, he returned to India to establish entrepreneurial ventures across manufacturing, media, interiors, and consulting. He currently serves as Director of Magna Decor, Co-founder of Excella Media, and Director of Law Bridge, where he actively advises organisations on ESG and CSR initiatives.

Beyond business, he has contributed extensively to academics and public engagement as a visiting faculty member, speaker, and mentor. He is an active member of the Kerala Management Association, serves as State Executive Member of the Consumer Protection Society, and Joint Secretary of the National Council of Industrial Research and Development, reflecting his commitment to leadership beyond the corporate sphere.

His Rotary journey began in 2016 with Rotary Cochin Midtown and continued with Rotary Cochin Titans as a Charter Member in 2021. Over the years, he has served in numerous leadership roles including Sergeant-at-Arms, Bulletin Editor, Chair – Public Image, Chair – Service Projects, Secretary, and at the district level as District Chair – CSR Awards, District Vice Chair – Publications, and Logistics Officer, Disaster Management Committee, contributing significantly to Rotary’s growth and impact.

An avid traveller who has explored more than 15 countries, and a passionate cricket enthusiast, Vishnu believes in lifelong learning, innovation, and purposeful leadership. As the 6th President of Rotary Cochin Titans, he now leads the club with a vision to strengthen fellowship, expand meaningful service, and create sustainable community impact while upholding Rotary’s enduring motto of Service Above Self.
